Has anybody had there letters yet, telling them what a fantastic new rate there are going to get. 😆

That will be your new grading level and the annual pay review, not the levelling increase though. Word on here is the levelling is still waiting on the Big Boys

Are Fugro-Rovtech using Pony Express to get in touch with the Netherlands or is it just a ploy to keep more guy’s hanging on until HQ refuse the increase and Ray ship’s out another 40 trainee’s.

pony express might be a bit quicker, at the moment the proposal for the latest harmonisation idea is in committee to be approved by someone before being put infront of the Review panel pending approval before making it to HR to be distributed to the heads of depts.
This then sits for a pre defined period to allow to cool and harden before someone trips over it on the way out of the office to the summer barbecue and decides it is time to forward it to Head Office in Holland/Netherlands.

Of course by this time we will have forgotten that we were ever with Rovtech, a cunning plan when you think about it.
