But this is getting a bit stupid. I know that you work very hard on this website, it’s just a shame to see it being used in this way. A new member since February just seems to have taken it over and filled it withcrap,drwing everybody else in to his level.
I’m all for a bit of fun and am certainly not a prude, but the bitching and choice language is getting a bit OTT. I hesitate now to recommend the site to any newies due to this.
I know that it’s hardto ‘police’ but surely there can be a warning system to stop kids like ‘Star’ poisoning the whole system?

Have you ever heard of the ROV industry being International “stealing jobs” how many brits have I seen in the GOM, west Africa, Asia, Norway and heaven forbid Australia. We all get around.

I’m watching, with ever increasing dismay, the childish crap written recently by some members and will take action if it continues.
No! I’m not God, nor am I a Policeman, but I do expect the members around here to act like adults and not school kids.
Have a laugh by all means but name calling, general taunting and attempts to start flame wars will be acted upon without a second thought.

You all know the rules around here, written or otherwise.. not that there should need to be any rules in a Forum such as this.

Both Gina and I still work Offshore and often are away… the Forum needs to police itself on many occasions but, as it seems it can’t do that whilst we both get on with our lives, very soon some accounts will simply vanish from the website without warning.

If you feel that your account might be one of those I’m referring to either start shaping up or simply bugger off from here.

Whatever helps us through the trip, little routines and ways we do things after all it can be hard going and is not really a normal job anyway is it so why should normal people be doing it?
