Hi,
Just thought some members may want to sink some hard earned cash into some property. Just bought a 2 bed apartment at Regency beach, Hurghada. Complex should be completed around the start of december this year. The apartments are very cheap, we paid £32,000. Have a looksie.

Hi,
I can send you some pics from google earth with the position of the complex. Its 5 mins walk to shops etc. There is a shuttle bus to take you to dream beach as well. Its only about 5 mins on the bus.

its about 5hrs drive south of cairo, on the west side of the red sea. been a lot of development work going on there past couple years, if you enjoy diving then its a good choice. problem as with all egyptian methods is how its finished, normally they leave a building site behind.

There are also apartments to buy off plan which will be on the beach and due for completion 2008/2009
