    Im starting with i tech as a trainee pilot tech on jan and was was just wondering what to expect in my first phase of training which lasts for 3 weeks .

    Can anyone explain whats involved in drill support and construction?

    Construction = flying around doing stuff.
    Drill Support = flying around doing nothing.
