i-Tech is a global division of Subsea 7, delivering remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and intervention tooling support services to the offshore exploration and production industries. With independent assets and an autonomous management structure, i-Tech is one of the largest companies specialising in ROV and intervention support services and operates out of facilities in the UK, Norway, US Gulf, Brazil, Australia, Singapore, Angola, Equatorial Guinea and Congo.

Our ROV fleet is deployed in every major drilling region, supporting oil and gas majors, national oil companies and independents onboard a range of installations from our core business of semi-submersibles, drillships and jackups to platforms, floating production units and new markets such as anchor-handling tugs and field support vessels. i-Tech operates more than 65 ROV systems and our fleet is being further enhanced by the arrival of a number of Centurion QX work-class ROVs – purpose-built drill support systems co-designed by i-Tech.

We are currently searching for experienced ROV Supervisors to join us in preparation for long term projects in Equatorial Guinea and Congo (Point Noire). Applicants will ideally be able to demonstrate experience of operating ROVs from drilling rigs, field support vessels and interfacing tooling skids to ROVs.

Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary package with exceptional benefits.

The rate I-Tech offered me back in April/May for supervisor was £26.5k give or take, +£207pd offshore For 170 Days, thereafter £364 pd. Plus pension, BUPA (Family included AFTER 5 Years) blah blah. The option of direct day rate @ £400 pd without any of the ‘benefits’ was also offered.
