To be fair nydiver, it really is one of the wierdest ROVs Ive seen in a while.

Material: Stainless steel with two inflatable tires

Inflatable tyres?? and it has Manipulative pliers, not a manipulator. Great description.

MARE’s DeepSearch is definately the way to go to try and sell it on. I thought Homeland Securities was the way ahead in the Sates just now lots of money to be wasted on?
