Newbie looking for info about Oceaneering

I have a phone interview this coming week with oceaneering and have a few questions I appreciate any info.

1 do I have to relocate to Morgan city permanently to be able to work for oceaneering or can I live any were in the US?
2 does oceaneering pay a salary or a day rate?

If you are applying for an offshore position then you dont have to relocate to Morgan City. They pay an hourly rate for the most part.
