    Would this consist as the first crack in their policy of total refusal to recruit any EU personnel? As was stated globally last month.
    Surly they could just get 5 Philippinos for the price of a subeng day rate.

    Oh but wait, that won’t get the job done!!
    Is this is the learning curve coming full circle?
