Panamanian Seamans Book

Hi Guys
Would anybody know if:
1. Can I renew my Panamanian Seamans Book
2. If not, can anyone tell me what is required to apply for a new one, i.e., documentation etc
My present book has expired and was applied for by a previous company (5years ago in Singapore)
Have looked through the FAQ’s and all the Forums but nothing regards Panamania Seamans Books-Renewals/New books
Have also googled it but only comes up with newsletters and the like

Last seamans book i obtained was in SINGAPORE

Hope this helps, if i can obtain it in THAILAND this would also HELP

If Singapore……

Go to Panamanian embassy and obtain blank forms.

Go to doctor get him to fill in medical form and you fill in rest.

Go back to embassy and submit forms.

They will issue you a 3months temp book.

When book arrives at embassy they will keep for you to pick up or they will send to an address of your chosing.

I have the forms you may need plus a working email address that was used only a few months ago for the london office they should be able to give you the contact details .

They will accept a OGUK medical

Finally, after what, 3, 4 years of trying? The Dr. David Sands book was easier to find, and that was HARD.
