To be eligible to complete the online MIST course for experienced offshore personnel that we provide, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Must have a valid vantage number
2. A valid Survival Certificate (BOSIET)
3. Have been offshore at least once in the last 4 years
To check if you have a valid vantage number, contact OPITO (01224 787800).
If you do not meet these criteria, you would need to complete the MIST for new starts which is a 2 day course carried out at a training centre.
