Hello everyone,
I am about to start a Rov agency for people in africa, and south africa.
More and more i see that some companies use local west african people on there jobs, i am planning to start an agency where i can get more work and better rates for people from west and south africa..

any advice would be much appreciated

Paid in US$$$$ Starting wage of old carunts 1,800.00 and scale your grades down from there. Sounds about right donnit? BUT, you’ll have to pay your security guards a $100 / day tip – fair I say.

i have had an overwhelming interest from some decent guys out there, thank you for all your input.

I aim to look closely at the guys/n girls CV’s before even thinking about sending them out to companies. I would like people with a few years experience..

anyway i am not posting anymore on the subject until the agency is up and running..
