I’m looking for a Rov Training Center located in Russia or Azerbaijan,Kazakhstan,Ukraine, for a IMCA Rov Course (I Level). Anyone know some place or websites?

There is no such thing as an IMCA course, they do not authorise or certify anyone. There is no such thing as a formal or certified rov pilot, despite what any rov training provider tells you.

Agreed. These (so called) IMCA courses/qualification that schools hark on about, don’t exist! It’s a sales pitch!
