Working onboard a ship can be a challenging career at times. Much of it is very routine with every aspect of the job, and the day, being performed in the same place or station, aboard the same ship, for weeks, sometimes months, at a time. This makes seafarer welfare that much more important of a topic of discussion and was the reason behind the “Mission to Seafarers” project.

Interesting blog, read the rest of it here: http://www.binksoverseas.com/blog/2019/09/17/the-importance-of-seafarer-welfare/
