    Its an interesting post,

Just out of interest who are you to say that I don’t know what I am talking about?

I think its a rather blinkered outlook, bearing in mind you no nothing about me as a recruiter, including previous roles.

Yes, I work for an organisation that is fairly new to the ROV industry. I will accept that, but would you not agree with me that Mansell Recruitment Group foundations are build on 16 years of recruiting the best engineers. At present our website is being changed to host a ROV area, I do agree at present our current website has no dedicated area and we are working hard to change that.

Why don’t you ask the candidates that I have placed with companies through out the world and see there views on it.

Bonnie lad? Is that not a tad insulting?

    Lovely lady any better?

16 years and still some signs of sensitivity, do you get out much?

Good luck on the recruitment drive.

I think that in all honesty most people in the industry already have favorite agencies or companies they like to work for. Yes you have 16 years in the industry and possibly not directly in the ROV field but please view other job vacancies that have been posted over the past few months out of the ordinary ones normally give an indication of worksites, type of work and some even an indication of rates.

You have come to the right place to find ROV crew but you need to come to the party with at least outline details.

This is an industry full of people who know what they like and new things are not so much worrying as not needed at the moment with the amount of work that is on offer from known sources.

But as an Englishman reading the ethnic term "Bonnie Lad" I have to say lets stick to the queens English as taught in schools:)

Hope the lads didn’t give you a bad impression.

Truth being who knows the business better?
Having said that..I recently started with a new recruiter (for me ) and quite happy I made the move.

Does help to throw a few details to the lads….who,when,$$$….just basics.

I will go one better and throw a CV your way…but advance notice and scheduling is played at both ends…go on impresses us.

Hey Ho Rovbionic… hope all is going well with you over on the Dark Continent. Good to see you have comms with the real world. Hang in there bud’.

Ben ….. Yeah, don’t worry about the rude fellas on this site, the usual wyners you find anywhere. Always want summit fo’ nuttin.
Believe it or not, some here have enjoyed an educashun and fine manners, once, in a long-forgotten time.

Now they just don smelly coveralls and bathe in hydraulic oil, feining intelligence ’cause they’re carrying a torn-out piece of fibre-optic cable to da smoko wif em.

    Adios muchachos,

Yes , I would agree on the Queens English 🙂
The fact that H20mrv is Scottish but had no English teacher when at school shows in his spelling 😀
The word is Bonny not Bonnie which means Handsome or Beautiful
Most Scottish people use it hence the piss take of Scotsman in the accent , but , Bonny is actually of Viking descent , is more to be of England than Scotland as they are all from Picts or Celts .
The term now is used in a sentence to mean respectfully.
So , H20mrv was not trying to be insullting at all 😀
It was a moot point 😯
Or maybe he was trying to be insulting but should have changed the ‘Bonny lad’ to Beautiful Lad ( And he has just been working over the pond with the Septics and we all know they screw everything up with the English language )
So If we take this to another level 8)
    What he actually meant was
    You’re English and you’re Gay 😆
    H20mrv 👿 Don’t be so insulting 😈

    Hello All,

first off thanks for the postive comments and some of the negatives ones as well.

In terms of rates available and detailing them on here, I work slightly different to the other agencies, yes I do have a rough guides as to what they will pay but I work on the basis of what you want. You tell me what you are looking for and I will do my best to make it happen.

In terms of locations, it really varies from client to client but if you ask the guys I have spoken to already will tell you. I do have some very nice locations indeed. I hear Nigeria is lovely this time of year?

Oh and thanks for all the CV’s that I have recieved so far, I hope I havent missed any one out so far. If I have feel free to give me a kick. 😀 , please keep them coming and I dont mean the kicks!!

    Cheers
