Due to continued expansion and growth Unique System (UK) Ltd are seeking a Senior Workshop/Base Engineer to assist in the day to day operation of our busy workshop at our Dyce facility in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities will include but will not necessarily be limited to the following:-
Carrying out testing, maintenance and calibration on our extensive fleet of subsea survey rental equipment (sonars, pipetrackers etc) to a high standard and to meet the deadlines required.
Supervision and training of Workshop Technicians.
To consistently work to all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards applicable and to assist in the development and improvement of such standards.
Maintaining good housekeeping practices in the workshop/warehouse area.
Providing technical support and advice to our customers and sales team as required.
Required experience/qualifications:
Degree/HND in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role working with Subsea Survey Equipment.
Team player with good communication skills, attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Engineer/Technician looking to take the next step in the development of their career or someone already working in a similar role.
