Job Description:
A leading International Subsea Engineering Company requires an experienced ROV Pilot Technician to work from their base in Rotterdam.
Ideally you will have good technical qualifications at degree level( or equivalent ) in Mechanical / Electrical engineering and/or Electronics / Fibre Optics.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting ROV operations which will include the inspection of underwater installations and infrastructures or mechanical tasks onboard ships or at offshore locations. The ability to prepare client reports and to locate spares and repair faults on the ROV’s is essential.
You must have current medical and survival certificates, excellent English language skills (both reading and writing), live within commuting distance of Rotterdam and be prepared to work a flexible schedule which can include travel to offshore locations at short notice.
