Electronic Design Engineer

An electronic design engineer is required to join our team. The technology in use includes analog design up to 5 MHz and design of digital microprocessor peripheral components. We make extensive use of CPLD devices and a working knowledge with ability to program these would be a distinct advantage.

Knowledge of sonar techniques, acoustic communications and embedded microcontroller hardware would be advantageous. We are a small team and the engineers are likely to work from a clean sheet through to delivery or re-apply existing designs into a new product area.

Test Engineer

Due to our continued expansion, we require to recruit to fill a new position in our company.

The position lies within the production department, and involves duties such as product testing and quality control of sub-contractors’ supplies. In addition the role will include in-factory service work and may involve product support and training of clients away from base.

The role will be suitable for applicants with good knowledge of electronics, whilst experience of underwater sensors such as sonars, bathymetric systems, rovs, cameras and acoustics will be an advantage.
