Ive lost count of how many "Agencies " I have sent my resume out to, so naturally when I got an offer of employment, I got a bit hopeful (Naive)and went along with whole deal. The letter of offer looked extremely professional, and STATOIL is an apparently well regarded Norwegian company, however, it is a scam. A quick bit of research on google found exact examples of what had been sent to me, listed as scams. Im not bagging STATOIL for this, just the scumbags using Statoils reputation to scam people. They didnt get any money from me, but did however obtain some personal info of which Im yet to see any repercussions. Beware the scammers.
