    I found this video on Google Video, no additional information.
    But indeed it might be Fort ‘Knot’ Williams.

    Lol. It looks from the date to be the class before mine. The tether was fine, though.

    Quite a tight min bend radius on those SeaEye tethers, so a knot like that doesn’t seem to be much of an issue. Just a pain in the arse that you’ve got to recover part way through whatever you’re doing.
