We bought a Nettest CMA 4000 with the OTDR Module 4436 fitted.

It has been a good unit.

OTDR recommendation is Anritsu MW9076 mini-OTDR

By far the best possible for the price and easy to use used them for years brilliant units..

TDR Megger TDR1000/2

small cheap and very very accurate

hope this sheds a little light
