I worked for E-Marine not so long back. They tried to tempt agency guys to go permanent staff with the offer of £55k per annum. You would also have to relocate to Abu Dhabi where an apartment would be provided.

They have two main vessels the Um al Anber and the CS Niwa. They had a couple of SMD vehicles at that time.

The position would require you to work full time onshore and work offshore as required. There was no Submersible dept at the time so you would have to create one, set-up the whole infrastructre etc……

Maybe some of this has changed but when I was there they got no interest from any guys……..
