My name is Nick Owens and I am a journalist on the Sunday Mirror in London.
I have become aware of the threat to British jobs following the decision by
Subsea 7 to start training and recruiting Filipino workers – on ‘slave’
wages – on contracts across the globe.
I am keen to speak to any British workers affected in confidence of course.
I am particularly keen to speak to British workers based on the north Sea contracts who have been impacted.
