If you are a freelancer in IT, Offshore, legal , media, and many other industries HMRC are proposing that any contract of over 30 days duration will no longer be able to be invoiced to a LTD company but will come under full PAYE rules ..
its only a proposal but if implemented will be a very bad thing for many contractors .
