Where to get Norwegian medical certificate in Birmingham UK?

Does anyone know if there is a NORWEGIAN CERTIFIED DOCTOR in Birmingham, UK?
I am due to join a cruise ship in couple weeks time. Recruitment agency told me that I could only get a medical check with a particular surgery in London. This doctor charges £280 plus £25 private taxi to hospital for X-ray.

I guess this isn’t an offshore (oil & Gas type) medical but seaman’s medical you require.. is that correct?
