As WOROV Operation Manager, you have:
• Previous experience of W-ROV operations ideally as Supervisor or Superintendent
• ROV team management experience
• ROV fleet management experience
• Pack office knowledge mandatory, MS Project recommended
Missions:
The WOROV Operation Manager ensures proper management of ROV portfolio in regards to the existing or futur subsea services contracts and strategy defined by the SVP Business Management Subsea Services. This includes:
• WOROV Operations:
o Prepare WOROV mobilisation/demobilisation onboard vessel
– Ensure proper deck layout/utilities/interface
– Prepare risk assessement
– Prepare specific procedures
– Prepare and update schedule
– Manage and organise shipment and transit/loading & offloading of ROV
– Prepare and actualise budget for mobilisation
– Manage the design & implementation of ROV interface to vessel if needed
o Manage WOROV operation
– Developp and optimize daily report, minimize downtime/breakdown
– Enure that maintenance tasks are properly done and that the level of spare parts is adequate to maintain ROV within budget allocation
– Crew the ROV in accordance with contract requirement
– Developped and maintain ROV location tracking including associated ROV
• Crewing management
o Manage crew employment for WOROV
o Manage training of ROV personnel
o Perform appraisal of ROV offshore personnel
o Operate training simulator & manage planning
• Support to tendering & new built
o Support of Tendering Department
– Prepare technical documentation
– Prepare CVs for crew reference
– Prepare specific technical procedure (if any)
– Provide operating cost for WROV, WROV parts, tooling and crew
o Support acquisition of WROV newbuilt
– Review WROV technical specification and provide feed back/comments
– Assist during WROV acquisition tender with technical support
– During the course of construction assist new built team in case of variation to contract
– Provide personnel support for ROV accpetance and hand over to operation department
• Manage WOROV tooling
• QHSE
o To ensure a high level of awareness of BOURBON QHSE Policy, procedures and expectations
o To participate at Bourbon’s positive QHSE culture through active leadership and example
