alright, i have searched most of this website, which was recommended by a colleague, thanks W.H., and, after several years with the science ROV’s i am interested in getting more experience with the work class ROV’s. any cut and dry, step by step (i know, wishful thinking) procedures for an American getting into the overseas contracting field?
