Well it looks like the divers and support staff are getting just over 25% pay increase by april and good on them I say, the way the oil companies have been making profits the last while.

There is only around 700 of them, there must be a lot more ROV guys out there so we have to get our employers to raise our rates as well. Every body else offshore seems to be earning more than us these days.
