    It will be chaos as basically 50% of the seats will disappear overnight. Heliports and numbers of aircraft plus pilot flying hours will limit any ability to increase capacity.

    Anything that has the potential to make helicopter travel more safe and, should an accident occur, potentially increase survivability rates has to be a good thing. The extra cost associated with such a move should be secondary to the safety of personnel. Sounds like a bit of politically correct statement, but I would challenge any to refute it.
