All employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. As a condition of employment, you will be required to submit proof of eligibility. In addition, all applicants must pass a background check. Many positions also require field access to sensitive Homeland Security areas. Proof of a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) may be required.
But its the same with any US based company from Oceaneering to Delta Subsea , So I wish you all the best in looking for personnel .
