Seems quiet out there?

I have had constant work from last September until March but last 2 months have been quiet for the companies i have been working with Oceaneering and Helix , i have enjoyed the extended rest but now i want work again and it seems a lot of projects are delayed, etc

Ok I am only PT2 so not one of the golden boys yet …should I be looking outside Asia eg: Europe USA etc? for a good consistent job.
