Straight out of a Clive Cussler novel by the sound of it.

    SGB,

    Please clarify?
Have you paid for and read this book?

The book does lead itself to a USA bias, hence the phrase American book for an American audience. And before the teddys get thrown out of cot its not a dig at Americans, far from it. Its a book for that very target audence group. Some of the techincal info can be transfered quite easily but there is a large element of the book is not relevant outside American waters. Homeland Security?

Is it misleading to call the book The ROV Manual, maybe a rename to The Observation Class ROV Manual would be more appropriate.

It looks like this book is only available as a paper copy. I would have bought it today if you had a PDF copy of it
