Can anyone recommend a underwater adhesive, we want to put it on flotation, and stick it under a hull. It is in a recess so the lift of the flotation should keep it all there, but adhesive would give us that added level of comfort?

Whilst not specialist marine stuff, Soudal Fix All does work under water and it really does stick, maybe check the technical details?

There is not much that scotchcast wont stick to in my experience

    – one of my trainees last week filled a latex glove with it and posed it in the most respectful of gestures and then scotch cast it to the workbench.

I’m literally so proud I can’t take it upon myself to angle grind the bugger off.

This is the best salt water epoxy adhesive you can get. I’ve seen it used to fix a steel plate over a hole in a hull.

I agree SplashZone is excellent, used it myself.
You will not be reusing your gloves.
