USBL ! Which one to buy???

How to choose a reliable USBL system for job at 1000m (3000ft) depth with a Falcon without spending the price of a Bentley, and without been years in hight school just for using the software???
ORE LXT? SONARDYNE RANGER? TRITECH? ANY OTHER ONES?

Have a look at http://www.link-quest.com , they are what Seaeye offer on the falcons.

They are rather large Though, but are good to 1000m.

You would need to purchase a special aux pod to integrate it into the ROV.

Why buying? Rental is often cheaper.

Hummm for long therm maybe renting not so good…
Yeah the Link Quest doesn’t look bad, they have 3 grade of accuracy, i suppose, even the lowest one is good enough to make a fix and come back on it?
