What next for Fugro???

Yes Boskalis have made inroads into a lot of Fugro ME clients as they deliver reliable ROVs and equipment and look after the crews and the jobs go very well due to great planning end execution but they dont pay any better than Fugro ,,, but Fugros managment , planning and corporate structure is not efficient , Boskalis would like to buy them out and take over The offshore division as they can see big opportunities for intalling their managment ethos ,its much more pro active and focused and it shows .

Maybe that’s what’s needed, I just hope its done sooner than later. I would hate to see some good lads get laid off before someone comes in with a plan for going forward.
I’m personally gutted at the news but also disappointed, as Fugro claimed at the start of the year that although the conditions where tough, Fugro was in a better position than most to ride it out, yet a couple of months down the line, wham!
