    Re: the S3000 / nationals in Nigeria… We both know the answer to that one. For those of you who don’t , it’s the latter. 🙄

    Hiring in cheap labour only ends in tears.. for the company accountants.
    It may get the ops managers out of a bind in the short term but will not last because eventually the downtime will kill the bottom line and those that run a company know that already.

    You should see Sonsub Singers now, my God, not many Expat left, 24 hours shift with 4 people, new Supervisor there should ever have been it, and the list goes on. And yes i have now been working for them, but i left, btw it will take you around 1 year to get your bonus

    What’s the bonus ? That they let you go work for someone else ? 😆
