Pilot Tech – GBP 315 $US 580
Sub Engineer – GBP340 $US630
Supervisor – GBP390 $US720
Superintendant – GBP420 $US775

Retainer also paid for donwtime period.

But your paying £1=US$1.84, thats not a very good exchange rate.

Using xe.com for exchange rates, being paid US$775 as Superintendent would only turn into £390 in my UK bank, not the £420 you quote.
